Guests let themselves in. The house has a smart lock system with a code that will be provided. We give guests privacy to enjoy their own space however I am always here to help if you ever need anything. I can be reached via text or phone.
Valley Village is a wonderful neighborhood in the city of Los Angeles located in the San Fernando Valley. Central location only 10 min from Hollywood Blvd, 5 min from Universal Studios and 30 min from Six Flags Magic Mountain and more.
Los Angeles is a very large city and probably best to visit by car. Uber and taxi is also available. There is a metro station 5 minutes away. Electric scooters and bike rentals are also available throughout the city for a fun way to get around.
House Rules:
A) The Owner and Host are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses arising out of, or in connection with the guests' use/occupancy of the premises, including the pool.
B) The Owner and Host are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests during their entire stay on the premises.
C) The following are strictly forbidden at this listing. Any violation of these rules will result in immediate eviction (without refund) and damage claims:
1. Any extra guests, anywhere on the premises, at any time during the stay. Only the guests mentioned in the reservation (up to 11) are allowed to be on the premises- as per Airbnb rules.
2. No parties or events of any size (including inviting any outside guests at any time.
3. No loud noise or music at any time. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am
4. No smoking of any kind, including vaping, inside the house or garage.
5. No cooking anywhere other than in the designated areas (kitchen and backyard BBQ)
6. No bon fires anywhere on the premises
7. No pets of any kind or size except fully licensed service dogs
8. No professional filming or photography (without prior approval from host)
9. No moving around furniture without prior approval from host.
D) Pool Rules:
1. Children may not be in the pool area without adult supervision
2. Entering the Pool, regardless of age, is at your own risk
3. No glass articles are allowed in the pool area
4. Pool water heating is available for additional heat fee of $300 per day.
5. Guests may not control or tamper with pool equipment
